Michelle Yeoh es una actriz y productora de cine que ha tenido una extensa carrera en la pantalla. Saltó a la fama en las películas de acción y artes marciales de Hong Kong de los años 90, gracias a sus papeles en películas como Yes, Madam (1985), Police Story 3: Super Cop (1992), The Heroic Trio (1993), Tai Chi Master (1993) y Wing Chun (1994). Yeoh saltó al reconocimiento internacional por su papel de Wai Lin en la película de James Bond Tomorrow Never Dies (1997), y como Yu Shu Lien en la película de artes marciales Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon (2000) y su secuela Crouching Tiger, Hidden Dragon: Sword of Destiny (2016).
