Frisco Bowl
The Frisco Bowl is an annual National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) sanctioned post-season Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS) college football bowl game played in Frisco, Texas, since December 2017. The bowl has a tie-in with the American Athletic Conference, and chooses another team at-large. DXL was the bowl's inaugural sponsor from 2017 to 2018, followed by Tropical Smoothie Cafe from 2019 to 2021, and Scooter's Coffee in 2023.

DXL was the bowl's inaugural sponsor from 2017 to 2018, followed by Tropical Smoothie Cafe from 2019 to 2021, and Scooter's Coffee in 2023.
En abril de 2017 se anunció que el Miami Beach Bowl, que era de la American Athletic Conference (The American), había sido vendido a ESPN Events y relocalizado en Frisco, Texas, teniendo como sede el Toyota Stadium desde 2017.[1] En noviembre de 2017 se anunció que Destination XL Group, una tienda de ropa para hombre talla grande, sería el primer parocinador del bowl.[2] En diciembre de 2017 se anunció que su edición inaugural sería entre SMU y Louisiana Tech.[3] En 2019, Tropical Smoothie Cafe pasaría a ser el nuevo patrocinador.[4]
La edición del 2020 Frisco Bowl iba a enfrentar originalmente a SMU de American, ante UTSA de la Conference USA.[5][6] Sería el primer enfrentamiento entre ambos equipos.[7] Dos días después del anuncio, la edición fue cancelada por la pandemia de Covid-19 que afectó a SMU.[8][9]
