La Confédération argentine de handball, en espagnol Confederación Argentina de Handball (CAH), est l'organisation nationale chargée de gérer et de promouvoir la pratique du handball en Argentine.
Le président est Lic Mario Mochia. Le vice-président est Carlos Melillo.
