Le James Earl Jones Theatre, anciennement nommé le Cort Theatre[1], est un théâtre de Broadway au 138 Ouest 48e Rue[2] à Manhattan, New York, aux États-Unis. C'est un des plus anciens théâtres de la ville[3].

Il est conçu et édifié en 1912 par l’architecte Thomas W. Lamb[4],[1] pour le compte de l'imprésario John Cort (en)[4],[1]. Une annexe à l’ouest du théâtre, est ajoutée en 2022.
Le « Jones », exploité par la Shubert Organization depuis 1927[4], compte plus de mille places assises[2]. Il porte le nom de l'acteur James Earl Jones depuis 2022[4].
La façade et l’intérieur du bâtiment font partie de la liste des monuments emblématiques de la ville de New York (New York City Landmarks (en)). Thomas W. Lamb s'est inspiré du Petit Trianon à Versailles lors de la conception de l'extérieur et du style Louis XIV pour l'intérieur[4],[3]. Il possède une façade à trois niveaux avec colonnade corinthienne, revêtue de marbre, unique parmi les théâtres de Broadway[3].
Il servit brièvement de studio de télévision entre 1969 et 1972[1].
