Matachí est une municipalité de l'État de Chihuahua, au Mexique. Son chef-lieu est la ville homonyme. En 2010, elle compte 3 104 habitants[1].
Le nom de la municipalité provient de la langue tarahumara matachí, qui signifie « metates »[2].
