Shigeru Oda (小田 滋, Oda Shigeru, né le à Sapporo au Japon) et mort le [1] est un juriste japonais et juge à la Cour internationale de justice de 1976 à 2003, lorsqu'il prend sa retraite. Son principal domaine d'expertise est le droit de la mer.
Il obtient son diplôme de droit de l'université de Tokyo en 1947 et son doctorat en droit de la Yale Law School en 1953.
