Akiyoshi (Shokei) Matsui, né le , aussi connu sous son nom coréen de Moon Jang Gyu, est un maitre de karaté Kyokushinkai. Il est l'actuel directeur (Kancho) de l'International Karate Organization (IKO) dont Masutatsu Oyama fut le fondateur[1].
