Syd Crossley, né le à Londres[1], mort le [2] à Troon dans les Cornouailles, est un acteur anglais de théâtre et de cinéma.

Biographie
Né à Londres, il commence sa carrière au music-hall. Il apparaît dans plus de 110 films, souvent dans le rôle de majordome. Certains de ses films les plus mémorables sont des court-métrages produits par Hal Roach, le confrontant à Stan Laurel, Charley Chase, et Mabel Normand. Il meurt en novembre 1960 à Troon, dans les Cornouailles.
