Villaverde est une municipalité de la province de Nueva Vizcaya, sur l'île de Luçon, aux Philippines.
Lors du recensement de 2020, sa population s'élève à 20 118 habitants.
D'une superficie totale de 81,50 kilomètres carrés, Villaverde est divisée administrativement en 9 barangays[1] :

- Poblacion (Turod)
- Sawmill
Les barangays Poblacion (où se trouve l'hôtel de ville), Ibung, Bintawan Norte et Bintawan Sur forment le centre administratif et commercial de la municipalité.
