Wim Van Utrecht est un auteur sceptique belge néerlandophone qui s'est intéressé au phénomène ovni[1]. Il a travaillé particulièrement sur la photo de Petit-Rechain qu'il a tenté de reproduire avec des moyens mécaniques.
