背景とリリース
2024年1月20日、グループは翌月のデビュー計画を発表した。デビュー計画発表から2日後、ファンは公式アプリ「Cosmo」を通じてアルバムのタイトル曲とB面曲を選ぶ機会を得た。4曲の中から「Birth」がタイトル曲に選ばれ、次点の「Distress」（조난）がB面曲となった。「Birth」を含む4つの先行リリースシングルが、MODHAUSによってソーシャルメディアプラットフォームを通じて公開された。これら4曲の先行リリースシングル「Birth」、「Flower Rhythm」、「Candy Crush」、「Air」は、本アルバムのリリースに先立ち、それぞれ2024年3月29日、4月11日、4月25日、5月10日にリリースされた。リードシングル「Virtual Angel」は、アルバムと共に5月31日にリリースされ、グループの正式デビューと本アルバムのリリースを記念するものであった。
