1994年に大阪で結成。数本のライブと数本のテープをリリースした後、1年間の活動に終止符。1994年11月23日にラストライブを開催。
その後、Ba.のKISAKIはgarden→Stella Mariaを経てDir en greyの前身となるLa:Sadie'sを結成[1]。
