本作も前作に引き続きアメリカでも発売され、『ビルボード』総合シングルセールスチャート（Hot 100 SINGLES SALES^{[注釈 1]}）で最高位19位を獲得し^[1]、日本人7人目のランクインの快挙となった。日本においても、オリコン初登場18位と、スマッシュヒットを記録した。

カップリング曲の「STILL IN LOVE」は、アルバム未収録となっている。

ミュージック・ビデオ及びCDジャケットのアートワークは、リリースの約2か月前において、それぞれ撮影された^[2][3]。
