クラーク・シスターズ（The Clark Sisters）は、もともと5人の姉妹で構成されたアメリカのゴスペル・ボーカル・グループ。メンバーは、ゴスペル・ミュージシャン兼合唱ディレクターとして有名なドクター・マティー・モス・クラーク（Dr. Mattie Moss Clark）[1]の娘たちである。
ジャッキー・クラーク・チザム（1948年生まれ）、デニス・"ニーシー"・クラーク＝ブラッドフォード（1953年生まれ）、エルバーニタ・"トゥインキー"・クラーク（1954年生まれ）、ドリンダ・クラーク・コール（1957年生まれ）、カレン・クラーク・シェアード（1960年生まれ）のクラーク姉妹は、ミシガン州デトロイトに生まれた。母はゴスペル・ミュージシャン兼合唱ディレクターとして有名なドクター・マティー・モス・クラークであり、1960年代後半には教会の礼拝で母親が作詞・作曲・編曲した曲を歌うようになり、1973年にファースト・アルバムのレコーディングを行った。
代表的はヒット曲は「Is My Living In Vain」「You Brought the Sunshine」「Blessed & Highly Favored」である。
グループ活動以外に個人の音楽活動も行っている。
