トラフサンショウウオ科（トラフサンショウウオか、Ambystomatidae）は、両生綱有尾目に属する科。別名アンビストマ科[3]。マルクチサラマンダー科。北米原産からホクベイサンショウウオやアメリカサンショウウオとも呼ばれる。
