ロドニー男爵（ロドニーだんしゃく、英語: Baron Rodney）は、グレートブリテン貴族の男爵位。
王立海軍軍人のジョージ・ブリッジス・ロドニー海軍大将(1718–1792)は、1764年1月21日にグレートブリテン準男爵位(アルレスフォードの)準男爵（Baronet "of Alresford"）、1782年6月19日にグレートブリテン貴族サマセット州におけるロドニー・ストークのロドニー男爵（Baron Rodney, of Rodney Stoke in the County of Somerset）に叙された[1][2]。
その長男である2代男爵ジョージ・ロドニー(1753–1802)はトーリー党の庶民院議員を務めた[1][3]。
その次男である4代男爵トマス・ジェイムズ・ロドニー(1784–1843)は、1805年に勅許を得て母方の姓を加えたハーレー＝ロドニー（Harley-Rodney）に改姓しているが、彼には子供がなく、爵位は弟スペンサー・ロドニー(1785–1846)（5代男爵）が継承したのでこの改姓は彼一代に終わっている[1]。
5代男爵スペンサーも子供無く死去し、甥のロバート・デネット・ロドニー(1820–1864)が6代男爵位を継承した[1][4]。以降彼の直系で継承されている。2016年現在の当主は11代ロドニー男爵ジョン・ジョージ・ブリッジス・ロドニー(1999-)である[1]。
男爵家の紋章に刻まれるモットーは『鷹は鳩を産まず(Non Generant Aquilae Columbas)』[1]。
