川崎恭治 (法学者)

川崎 恭治（かわさき きょうじ、1956年 - ）は、日本の法学者。専門は国際法。学位は、法学修士（一橋大学）。広島修道大学にて10年間教鞭をとった後、一橋大学に移り、一橋大学名誉教授。成城大学教授。皆川洸門下。

兵庫県立神戸高等学校・一橋大学法学部を経て、一橋大学大学院法学研究科博士後期課程単位修得。広島修道大学法学部に1988年から1998年3月まで在職。一橋大学法学部・大学院法学研究科教授などを経て、2016年4月より成城大学法学部教授。2020年一橋大学名誉教授[4]。
