正円孔（せいえんこう）は蝶形骨にある円形の穴で中頭蓋窩（英語: middle cranial fossa）と翼口蓋窩（英語: pterygopalatine fossa）をつなぐ。ラテン語：foramen rotundum ossis sphenoidalis。
