Der Kanton Boixe-et-Manslois ist ein französischer Kanton im Département Charente und in der Region Nouvelle-Aquitaine. Er umfasst 34 Gemeinden aus dem Arrondissement Confolens. Bei der landesweiten Neuordnung der französischen Kantone wurde er 2015 neu geschaffen. Die beiden Namensteile bezeichnen eine zum Kantonsgebiet gehörende Waldfläche (Forêt de Boixe) und die Landschaft um Mansle.
