The 14th Goya Awards ceremony, presented by the Academy of Cinematographic Arts and Sciences of Spain, took place at L'Auditori in Barcelona on 29 January 2000.^[1]^[2] It was written by Jaume Figueras [es] and Rosa VergÃ©s, directed by VergÃ©s and hosted by Antonia San Juan.^[3] It was the first Goya awards ceremony held outside of Madrid.^[4]
