Those elected took their respective offices on June 30, 2022, for a three-year term. 252,486 of 296,233 registered voters voted in this election.[1]

Incumbent Governor Carlos Padilla was re-elected for his third and final term, while former Vice Governor Jose Gambito successfully reclaimed his former seat. Incumbent Representative Luisa Lloren–Cuaresma also won her third and final term for Congress.[2]
