The 2023 Western Balkans Summit in Tirana, Albania was the tenth annual summit of the Berlin Process, the European Union initiative for the integration of the Western Balkans into the Union. It was the first of the Berlin Process summits to be held in a Western Balkan state.[1]

The renovated Pyramid of Tirana was inaugurated as part of the official programme of the summit.[2]

A follow up meeting took place in Brussels on 13 December 2023.[3]
