The 2024–25 season was the 81st season in the history of Lille Olympique Sporting Club, and the club's 25th consecutive season in Ligue 1. In addition to the domestic league, the club participated in the Coupe de France and the UEFA Champions League.

- Since the 2024–25 Coupe de France winners, Paris Saint-Germain, qualified for the Champions League via league position, the Europa League berth awarded to the cup winners was passed to the sixth-placed team and the Conference League berth was passed to the seventh-placed team.
