The 2025–26 Slovak First Football League (known as Niké liga for sponsorship reasons) is the 33rd season of first-tier football league in Slovakia since its establishment in 1993.

Slovan Bratislava is the seven-time defending champion.
Teams
The league will consist of twelve teams; the top eleven teams from the previous season, and one team promoted from the 2. Liga. Tatran Prešov has been promoted to the top flight as champions of the 2024–25 2. Liga after seven years absence, replacing the 2024–25 Slovak First Football League bottom-placed team Banská Bystrica after three years in top flight. Slovan Bratislava will enter upcoming season as defending champions (for the seventh successive year).
