The 6th Armored Division (Arabic: الفرقة المدرعة السادسة) was a formation of the Syrian Army responsible for securing the northeastern approach to Latakia.[1] The division was part of the Syrian Army's 1st Corps prior to the fall of Ba'athist Syria.
