Amid (Persian: اميد)[a] is a village in Mangur-e Sharqi Rural District[4] of Khalifan District in Mahabad County, West Azerbaijan province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 326 in 52 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 270 people in 54 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 251 people in 72 households.[2]
