Arul Kumar Jambunathan

Arul Kumar s/o Jambunathan (born 12 September 1985) is a Malaysian politician who served as Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Legislative Assembly (MLA) for Nilai since May 2013. He served as Member of the Negeri Sembilan State Executive Council (EXCO) in the Pakatan Harapan (PH) state administration under former Menteri Besar Aminuddin Harun from May 2018 to his resignation in January 2023 and from August 2023 to August 2026. He also served as Political Secretary to the Minister of Transport Anthony Loke Siew Fook from January 2023 to August 2023. He is a member of the Democratic Action Party (DAP), a component party of the PH coalition. He has served as the National Vice Chairman of DAP since March 2025 and the State Chairman of DAP of Negeri Sembilan since August 2026. He served as the State Vice Chairman of DAP of Negeri Sembilan from September 2024 to his promotion to the state chairmanship in August 2026.[1]
