Astal Kenar (Persian: استل كنار)[a] is a village in Sakht Sar Rural District[3] of the Central District in Ramsar County, Mazandaran province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 158 in 46 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 127 people in 43 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 131 people in 49 households.[2]
