Baladeh Rural District (Tonekabon County)

Baladeh Rural District (Persian: دهستان بلده)[5] is in Khorramabad District of Tonekabon County, Mazandaran province, Iran. Its capital is the village of Qaleh Gardan.[6] The previous capital of the rural district was the village of Baladeh.[3]

Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the rural district's population was 25,099 in 6,907 households.[7] There were 26,330 inhabitants in 8,277 households at the following census of 2011.[8] The 2016 census measured the population of the rural district as 25,830 in 8,838 households. The most populous of its 83 villages was Nematabad, now in Baladeh-ye Sharqi Rural District,[9] with 2,597 people.[4]
