Birabhadra Singh (born 3 March 1945)[1] is an Indian politician from Odisha. He is a three time member of the Odisha Legislative Assembly and a former deputy chief minister of Odisha. He was also a former Rajya Sabha member from 2000 to 2006.[2] Singh, a close friend of former President of India, Ramnath Kovind, met him when the president visited Odisha in December 2019.[3]
