History
The village of Tatar-e Olya was converted to a city in 2011.[5]
Demographics
Population
At the time of the 2006 National Census, the district's population was 47,540 in 11,373 households.[6] The following census in 2011 counted 48,934 people in 13,480 households.[7] The 2016 census measured the population of the district as 49,737 inhabitants in 14,807 households.[4]
