Chasing the Wind (Turkish: Rüzgara Bırak) is a 2025 Turkish romance film directed by Engin Erden and written by Ceylan Naz Baycan.[4] Produced by Lanistar Media, and stars Hande Erçel and Barış Arduç.[5]
Principal photography commenced in June 2024 at Istanbul and took 25 working days to complete.[6] The film premiered worldwide on February 14, 2025 on Netflix.[7]

Production
Development
The film was developed under the working title Another Love (Turkish: Bir Başka Aşk) and produced by Lanistar Media.[8] In June 2024, the title of the film was changed to Rüzgara Bırak.[9]
Casting
In 2024, Barış Arduç and Hande Erçel were reportedly cast to appear marking their first collaboration.[10][11]
Filming
Pre-production began in May 2024.[12] The script reading was held on June 14, 2024.[9] Principal photography of the film commenced in June 2024,[13] and filming ended in July 2024.[14] The filming took place in Istanbul and İzmir.[15]
