Chobot is a municipality and village in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 40 inhabitants.
Chobot lies approximately 23 kilometres (14 mi) north of Strakonice, 67 km (42 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 79 km (49 mi) south-west of Prague.
