Sousedovice is a municipality and village in Strakonice District in the South Bohemian Region of the Czech Republic. It has about 300 inhabitants.
Sousedovice lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south-west of Strakonice, 53 km (33 mi) north-west of České Budějovice, and 104 km (65 mi) south-west of Prague.
