Cook Islands at the 2026 Commonwealth Games

The Cook Islands competed at the 2026 Commonwealth Games in Glasgow, Scotland.[1][2][3] This marked Cook Islands's 13th participation at the games, after making its debut at the 1974 Commonwealth Games.

The King's Baton relay stopped in the Cook Islands in March 2026.[4][5] Mark Short served as the delegation's chef de mission.[6]
The Cook Islands team consisted of 15 (eight men and seven women) athletes competing in four sports.[7][8][9] Bowls athlete Teokotai Jim was the country's opening ceremony flagbearer.[10] Meanwhile swimmer Jacob Story served as the baton bearer.[11][12]

Swimming
The Cook Islands entered four swimmers (two per gender).[8] Jacob Story became the first swimmer from the Cook Islands to make the final of a swimming event at the Commonwealth Games.[18]
