Crouy-sur-Ourcq (French pronunciation: [kʁui syʁ uʁk] , literally Crouy on Ourcq) is a commune in the Seine-et-Marne department in the Île-de-France region in north-central France.

Inhabitants of Crouy-sur-Ourcq are called Crouyciens.
