Deepak Khadka is a Nepalese politician, belonging to the Nepali Congress and served as the Minister of Energy, Water Resources and Irrigation from 15 July 2024 to 9 September 2025 in the until the dissolution of the cabinet led by Prime Minister KP Sharma Oli.[1][2][3]

Khadka also serves as a member of the 2nd Federal Parliament of Nepal. In the 2022 Nepalese general election, he won the election from Sankhuwasabha 1 (constituency).[4][5] In November 2016, Khadka also served as a cabinet minister and was appointed Minister of State for Water Supply and Sanitation of Government of Nepal.[6] Khadka was a member of the 2nd Nepalese Constituent Assembly. He won the election from Sankhuwasabha–2 constituency in the 2013 Nepalese Constituent Assembly election.[7][8][9]
