The Fourth Oli Cabinet was the Government of Nepal from 15 July 2024 to 9 September 2025 when Oli resigned after mass protests erupted against his government.[3] Oli was appointed prime minister as per Article 76(2) of the constitution, following the ouster of the government of Pushpa Kamal Dahal after a failed vote of confidence in the parliament on 12 July.[4][5]
