Dizaj Khalil (Persian: ديزج خليل)[a] is a village in Guney-ye Sharqi Rural District of the Central District in Shabestar County, East Azerbaijan province, Iran.

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 2,941 in 842 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 4,048 people in 1,203 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 3,137 people in 1,048 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
