402 Haunted Hospital Korea (also known as 402 Rumah Sakit Angker Korea) is a 2026 horror film directed by Anggy Umbara and written by Lele Laila. Based on the 2018 film Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum by Jung Bum-shik, it stars Arbani Yasiz, Saputra Kori, and Elang El Gibran.

Premise
An Indonesian group are exploring to an Abandoned Hospital in South Korea while live streaming.

Production
In April 2026, MD Pictures and Pichouse Films work together with Umbara Brothers Film to create an adaptation of 2018 South Korean found footage horror film, Gonjiam: Haunted Asylum, Anggy Umbara and Lele Laila were also directing and writing the film.[1][2][3][4] Arbani Yasiz, Saputra Kori, Elang El Gibran, Diandra Agatha, Lea Ciarachel, Aylena Fusil, and Jang Han-sol were cast in the film.[5][4] Principal photography began in South Korea.[6]
Release
The film is scheduled to be theatrically released on 9 July 2026 in Indonesia.[7]
