Aishwarya Ojha is an Indian actress, trained dancer and model. She has done a range advertisements, films and OTT series in her relatively new career, achieving recognition for her acting, charming personality and quintessential Indian looks.
Early life
Aishwarya Ojha was born in Indore. She is a trained Kathak dancer and holds a degree in Architecture (B.Arch)[1]. In 2018, she moved to Mumbai to pursue a career in films and entertainment. To sharpen her understanding of the craft, she underwent an acting diploma at The Actors Truth, Mumbai.
Career
Having debuted with Ramyug[2] playing the character of Maa Sita[3], Aishwarya Ojha has mesmerized audiences with her acting prowess as Neha Sant in the hard hitting blockbuster movie "The Kerala Story 2 Goes Beyond[4][5]," that follows up on The Kerala Story which was released in 2023, and is set against a backdrop of religious profiling, manipulation, forced conversions and violence driven by religion.
She was praised for her poignant cameo as Arya Rastogi in "Kaagaz 2[6][7]" alongside Anupam Kher, Neena Gupta, Darshan Kumar and Satish Kaushik. The movie highlighted the anarchy and hazard endured by general public that so often is caused by massive rallies and road blocks, recklessly carried out in the name of FOE and fundamental rights.
While her performances in L2 Empuraan[8] and Haseen Dilruba[9][10] were widely noticed and hailed in general but the movies themselves have faced criticism from the audiences for their subversive political and moral alignment.
Beyond films, Aishwarya has starred in popular web and OTT series such as Half CA, Happy Family, Conditions Apply (2023), Mind the Malhotras (2019) among others.
Boating of an influential portfolio in brand commercials, Aishwarya has modelled for Tata Sky, ICICI Bank, Britannia, Sensodyn, Vaseline[11], Cetaphil, Caratlane, Godrej Hair Colour[12], and Google to name a few. Early on in her career, she did a commercial with Amitabh Bachchan for Kaun Banega Crorepati.[3]'
