Youth First Texas
Quigley served as Youth Board President of Youth First Texas, a Dallas-based organization supporting LGBTQ youth. Their participation in the program was discussed in a 2007 interview on John Selig Outspoken.[1]
United Black Ellument
Quigley was involved in United Black Ellument, a Dallas-based initiative focused on HIV prevention and community health among Black same-gender-loving men. Dallas Voice described Quigley as one of three full-time coordinators working on the project in Dallas.[2]

During the Occupy Wall Street protests in 2011, Quigley participated in organizing efforts with Occupy Dallas.
