CLOWD9 is a fintech company providing cloud-native issuer payments processing[1], also known within the payments industry as a card issuer processor[2][3][4]. The company provides a PCI Secure platform processing payments and transactions for issuing banks and neo banks across international payment networks and systems including Discover, Mastercard, Visa, using microservices architecture. CLOWD9 serves sectors including travel, foreign exchange, consumer and SME banking, gaming, corporate products, cryptocurrency, and e-wallets[5][6]. It was founded in 2021 by Suresh Vaghjiani[7][8], Cosmo Spens[9][10][11], Robert Hampel, Peter Selman[12] and is Headquartered in London, England.

In May 2023 CLOWD9 became one of the first Fintech companies to be B Corp Certified[13] and in September 2022, became the first cloud-native issuer processor[14] to secure network certification on Visa’s cloud connect network, Mastercard’s Cloud Edge Network, and Discover Global Network in November 2024.[15][16][17]
