Ichiro Nagata is the person who invented airsoft. When photographer Ichiro Nagata, an avid shooting enthusiast himself, thought about making modelguns that shoot real projectiles that could not kill or wound in the early 1970's.

Ichiro Nagata is born on Febuary 5, 1943 in Kagoshima, Japan. Growing up as the youngest in a large family, he developed a intrested of cameras and firearms.
