  • Comment: Most of the sources look like announcements of her entrepreneurship or mentions. There is this I found but it would only be one in-depth source. Not declining in hopes another reviewer is able to find more. CNMall41 (talk) 06:43, 4 March 2026 (UTC)

Early Life

Isabela Rangel was born and raised in Belo Horizonte, Brazil, the youngest of three daughters in what she has described as an "old-school" family[2]. Her parents expected their daughters to pursue careers in medicine, law, or engineering. Despite this, Isabela pursued a career in modeling and relocated to study fashion design in Cape Town, South Africa. She later moved to New York City to continue her modeling career.[3]

Modeling Career

Rangel began modeling at the age of 12 and established herself as an international model, participating in campaigns for major brands including L'Oréal, Stuart Weitzman, and more.[4] Her work brought her to New York City, where she built a professional profile before eventually relocating to Miami, Florida.

Collections have drawn on themes from the natural world, including her owl-inspired collection.[6]

Isabela joined IGK Hair Care as a partner, taking on responsibilities in imaging, content creation, and community growth and engagement alongside co-founders Franck Izquierdo and Aaron Grenia.[8]

Groot Hospitality

As concept designer for Groot Hospitality — the hospitality company founded by her husband David Grutman — Isabela has played a creative role in developing the brand identities and guest experiences across its portfolio of restaurants and venues, which includes Komodo, Gekko, Casadonna and others.[9]
