In February 2025, the institute received accreditation from the Association to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) across all four of its campuses. In an interview, Vice Chairman Shreevats Jaipuria stated that no other multi-campus business school in India had previously achieved AACSB accreditation for all its campuses simultaneously.[2] AACSB's Chief Accreditation Officer, Stephanie M. Bryant, issued an official statement congratulating the institute on earning the accreditation.[2]
In the National Institutional Ranking Framework (NIRF) 2025 rankings published by the Ministry of Education, the institute's Noida campus was ranked 41st, Lucknow 67th, Jaipur 74th, and Indore in the 101–125 rank band in the Management category.[3]
History
The institute was founded in 1995 with its first campus in Lucknow, Uttar Pradesh.[1] It is part of a group whose educational involvement dates to 1945, when the Seth Anandram Jaipuria College was established in Calcutta (now Kolkata).[1] The institute expanded to Noida in 2004, Jaipur in 2006, and Indore in 2010.[1] The four campuses operate under a shared governance structure described as "One Jaipuria," with a common Board of Governors, shared academic resources, and centralised placement processes.[1]
The institute is led by Chairman Sharad Jaipuria and Vice Chairman Shreevats Jaipuria.[2]
Campuses
Academics
The institute offers AICTE-approved PGDM programmes with specialisations including Financial Services, Retail Management, Marketing, and Service Management. It also offers a doctoral-level Fellow Programme in Management (FPM), equivalent to a PhD, and an online PGDM programme.[1]
Admission requires a bachelor's degree and a valid score in national entrance examinations such as CAT, XAT, MAT, CMAT, or GMAT.[1]
Accreditation
The institute received AACSB accreditation in February 2025 for all four campuses. According to MBAUniverse.com, the accreditation process began in 2019 when the institute became a member of the AACSB Business Education Alliance, followed by eligibility approval in 2020, the initial self-evaluation report acceptance in 2021, submission of the final self-evaluation report in May 2024, and a peer review team visit to each campus in October 2024. The accreditation was confirmed in February 2025.[2]
The institute's PGDM programmes are also accredited by the National Board of Accreditation (NBA), and its campuses have been assessed by the National Assessment and Accreditation Council (NAAC).[1]
