Comment: Sources here are simple acquisitions or from investors themselves. Not notable. guninvalid (talk) 04:29, 24 November 2025 (UTC)
Comment: Plenty of sources, but WP:SIRS requires multiple in-depth reliable sources detailing the company as a whole, rather than routine mergers, acquisitions and financing matters. So something like a company-wide profile in the Financial Times or similar. Also LLM seems to have been used to write the article, with Rule of Three evident in several places. Comment: This article appears to have been written by LLM. The Platform Overview piece has a neat Rule of Three present. ChrysGalley (talk) 22:30, 11 October 2025 (UTC)

History
Jitterbit was founded in 2003. It's initial offering was an open source on-premise integration platform.[7] In August 2008, Jitterbit's 2.0 release added a drag-and-drop interface and introduced a new business model offering paid support.[8] In October 2009, the company released version 3.0, which included the first enterprise version of the Jitterbit platform.[8]
In 2014, the company launched Jitterbit Harmony, its flagship cloud platform.[9]
The company's funding history includes the following investments:
- In 2016, KKR & Co. invested in Jitterbit.[10]
- In 2019, Samsung SDS (through Samsung Venture Investment) invested in the company.[11]
- In November 2020, Jitterbit became part of the Audax Private Equity portfolio.[12]
In February 2024, Jitterbit named Bill Conner President and Chief Executive Officer.[13]
Platform Overview
The Jitterbit Harmony platform is primarily used to integrate data from cloud, on-premise, and SaaS applications.[14] The platform includes four product areas: iPaaS, API management, low-code application development, and EDI.[15][16]
In May 2025, Jitterbit added AI capabilities to the Harmony platform, including AI agents and tools for building applications using natural language processing.[17][18]
In September 2025, the Harmony platform became standardized on the ISO/IEC 42001:2023 framework.[19]
