History
The origins of Kancor trace back to 1969, when an oleoresin manufacturing facility was established in Angamaly, Kerala, under Bombay Oil Industries.
Kancor later developed as a manufacturer of spice extracts and natural ingredient products based in Kerala.
In 2014, Kancor Ingredients entered into a joint venture with French fragrance and flavour company Mane SA.[2]
Food industry publication FoodNavigator reported in 2014 that Mane SA acquired a majority stake in Kancor Ingredients as part of its expansion in the natural ingredients sector.[3]
