Pinnacle Tower (also known as the "Pinnacle Office Tower" and by its street address "21 Platform Way South") is a 504 ft (154 m)[1] tall skyscraper in Nashville, Tennessee designed by Nashville-based architectural firm Gresham Smith.[2] The building has 37 floors and it was built in 2025.[3] As of November 2025 it is currently the 4th tallest building in Nashville and the 4th tallest building in Tennessee. It is also the 4th building in Nashville and Tennessee to reach 492 ft (150 m) in height, the other buildings being 333 Commerce Street, 505, and the Four Seasons Hotel and Residences.

The building is currently the corporate headquarters of Pinnacle Financial Partners, which moved in January and February of 2025 from their original headquarters, Symphony Place, to their new headquarters in the tower.[4] They announced the relocation of their headquarters in 2021.[5]
The building is currently the tallest building in the Nashville Yards project as of 2026.
