REFAD (Korean: 주식회사 레페드; stylized as REFAD) is a South Korean integrated marketing communications (IMC) and event management company headquartered in Mapo-gu, Seoul. The company specializes in offline (below-the-line) marketing, corporate events, MICE, brand experience, and business-to-business marketing. It was founded in January 2025 by Seongjin Im.[1]

The company name is a portmanteau of "Reference" and "Advertise".[2]

Overview

REFAD operates an in-house delivery model in which planning, design, video, technical production, and IT and web development are handled internally rather than subcontracted. As of 2026, the company is reported to operate five departments corresponding to these functions.[3] The company works in Korean, English, and Chinese, and undertakes projects for multinational corporations, government bodies, and international organizations.
